We built BoxFort after getting burned by a bad 3PL and decided to fix it. After 14 years running our own fashion brands, we knew exactly what good fashion fulfillment should look like and what it costs when it falls apart.
So we built the 3PL we always wished existed. One focused on a single thing: peace of mind above all else.

How fast do you ship?
Every order ready to ship by 12pm EST will ship the same day with the exception of major holidays, may take 24 hours to ship.

Does BoxFort have special carrier rates?
We have some of the best shipping rates out there! Our preferred method is DHL Ecommerce which will save a ton on shipping if you’re used to USPS. Otherwise we have great relationships with all the major carriers.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding generally will take 1 week for setting you up in Shiphero and making sure all the data syncs correctly from your store, then once the inventory is in the building, we flip the switch and you’re all set!
