Where are you located?
We’re based in San Diego, CA.
Do you offer kitting?
Of course! Kitting has been a core part of our business since we started!
What WMS do you use?
We currently use Shiphero.
How fast do you ship?
Every order ready to ship by 12pm EST will ship the same day with the exception of major holidays, may take 24 hours to ship.

Does BoxFort have special carrier rates?
We have some of the best shipping rates out there! Our preferred method is DHL Ecommerce which will save a ton on shipping if you’re used to USPS. Otherwise we have great relationships with all the major carriers.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding generally will take 1 week for setting you up in Shiphero and making sure all the data syncs correctly from your store, then once the inventory is in the building, we flip the switch and you’re all set!
